Sign up and get verified
Create your provider account on the True Professional website. Upload your basic documents and select the service categories you're confident in. Our admin team reviews your details and verifies your profile. Once approved, you're ready to start working.

Get matched, or get booked directly
There are two ways customers can hire you:
- Tasks: Only customers post tasks — they describe their own situation and what they need (their custom problem). You get matched based on your skills, areas, schedule, and languages. Price is negotiated between you and the customer.
- Listed services: You offer services on your profile at prices you set — for example computer servicing, AC cleaning, or routine plumbing checkups. Customers book those listings directly at that fixed price (this is separate from tasks: here the provider lists the work and price upfront).
Agree, work, get paid
For tasks (posted only by customers), use the negotiation panel to propose your price and reason — their problem is unique, so you agree terms together. Once both sides approve a price, it is saved as a written record.
For listed services, you publish offerings on your profile and customers book them at those listed amounts — no negotiation step like with tasks.
Complete the work, mark it done, and receive payment directly from the customer through the method you both agreed on.

Not always. If you already have certificates, upload them — they boost trust on your profile. If you don’t, we can guide you through a quick practical exam that leads to government-level certification, often without the need for long classes.
After you sign up and submit your documents and skill information, our admin team reviews everything and confirms your profile. Once verified, you can start receiving customer requests.

The customer pays you directly after the job is completed, using cash or any other method you both agree on. Every approved price and payment method is recorded by the platform.
Yes. You select your service areas, your travel distance, your working days, your hours, and your skill categories. You only receive requests that match what you’ve chosen.
Customers cannot change an approved price on their own — only you as the provider can propose changes to agreed pricing. For listed services, what customers pay is the fixed price you listed; those bookings are not negotiated. For tasks, after the customer approves a negotiated price, you may negotiate again before work starts or while the task is still in progress. Once a task is completed, the price cannot be changed.
